I ship worldwide from Ukraine as standard shipping via Delivery carries UkrPoshta. I ship without additional services like handing in person or delivery with courier. But if you need additional services, please contact me, we will solve these requests.

Estimated shipping times:
Europe: 1-2 weeks
United States or Canada: 3-5 weeks
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks
Rest of the World: 3-12 weeks

Shipping time is not guaranteed. Unfortunately, I have no influence on the work of the post offices and economy shipping does not work fine in several countries. Sorry, but no refunds for the late delivery.

Also note holidays periods like Christmas and New Year. Usually the delivery time will increase in this period.

All my packages have a tracking number. But please note that some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as: Germany, United Kingdom, Canada, France, Singapore, Australian post and some others. So I can track your package only while it's in Ukraine.

If the specified delivery time is over, and you still do not receive the parcel, ask your family, neighbors, local post office. Perhaps, the parcel arrived.

Please let me know, if you can't find your parcel. I will fill in the claim about the lost in my local post office.

If anything went wrong, please, let me know and I will try to find ways to resolve the problem.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it please contact me within 14 days of delivery your item so we can try to work out the problem.

I accept returns in the original packaging and in the same condition it was sent to you. Returns are at your expense and must be shipped within 21 days of delivery. I will return your payment back only when the parcel back to me. Shipping charges are not refundable, sorry.

I don't accept cancellations. But in the extraordinary cases I can accept cancellation. In such case you loose 10% from the total sum of item cost and shipping costs. Please, regard that.
